
Healthy weight gain shakes
Most of the recommendations are to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight, many people who suffer from weight gain, so here are some recommendations in the form of healthy smoothies with high energy density and heat.
Hydrates Smoothie : 1 cup milk, 1 banana small and mature, 10 walnuts and crushed or ground 1 tablespoon sugar.
Protein shake : 1 cup milk, 3 tablespoons semi-skimmed milk powder, 5 almonds, crushed and 1 tablespoon sugar. You can flavor with cinnamon or cocoa powder.
Shake salt: 1 / 2 cup vegetable broth, 1 / 2 cup milk, 2 tablespoons cheese , grated 1 tablespoon oil , olive oil, 3 tablespoons of oatmeal , 1 piece of shredded zucchini. It can be served hot or cold as a soup, also can be enriched more by adding seeds or sesame above yeast powder when mixing.
Sweet Smoothie : 1 yogurt drinkable, 1 / 2 cup milk, 5 strawberries, 5 biscuits sweets unfilled (eg boiler type), 2 crushed almonds.
Dessert Smoothie : 1 / 2 cup of rice pudding made with milk, some sugar and rice, 1 / 2 cup milk 2 tablespoons cocoa , 1 tablespoon of powdered milk. You can sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bananas, strawberries, and honey are the staple ingredients in my weight gain shakes.
